Pinterest Inspired - Subliminal Messaging

This card was inspired by this photo on my Inspiration Board on Pinterest:

/ one plus one

I thought the use of the big letters in the background was really fun. I used My Stamp Box Tall Solids alphabet for the background, using only letters from "Happy Birthday" (did you 'sense' that subliminally? lol!) stamped in Melon Mambo, Tempting Turquoise, Night of Navy and Sahara Sand. I love the 80s feeling of madras plaid that it gives.

  3. yep! it really is funny how your brain can work out what the letters spell out even though they are jumbled up and over stamped :0)

  5. Way to be inspired! Your card has inspired me [to use the letters I have had for literally 10 years!] so I will be CASEing it -- just saying.

I popped over to DD Gallery -- GF you ROCKED it out with the primary -- all your cards have a fabulous graphic design. Yeah, might have to CASE a couple of those too! :)

  6. This is so 'groovy and cool' (picture me flashing a Peace sign while saying this). The larger white spaces around the circle really make it pop!

Hubby's mom sewed him a pair of pants with these exact same colors (back in the early 80's of course)...your card is waaaaaay cooler!
